Feral pirates of the Caribbean Sea, tangled reef-lined beaches, world-class cuisines, leftovers of indigenous Arawak and Taíno people, an ideal shipshape Land of Wood and Water, and once the land of slaves makes Jamaica a hot favourite travel destination. Its mountain ranges, hurricane belt, raging waters, and narrow coastal plains, springs up across the island country, making it suitable for all types of travellers. Travellers fall in love with the charismatic native south shore, Portmore, Spanish Town, Ocho Ríos, Port Antonio, Negril, and Montego Bay on the north shore, which ignites a passion in their nerves to explore and enjoy the region in a Caribbean “fun under the sun” style.

Award-worthy stunning coastal views of toned trees; animated Dunn's river falls in St. Ann, YS Falls, the Blue Lagoon in Portland are the major tourist attractions and honeymoon destinations of Jamaica. Tropical climate with hot and humid weather of the island keep it ever so pristine and divine. The island features terrestrial, extraordinary aquatic and marine ecosystems because of its oceanic vicinity, which engenders wet limestone forests, riparian woodland, extreme wetlands, natural caves, tumultuous rivers. Untouched coral reefs, surmounting hills and sea grass beds are sure to rattle your spine; travellers explore the vast wetlands that are found across the island near the forest reserves. The triumph over climatic conditions supports a great variety of flora (bamboo, ferns, ebony, and mahogany) and fauna (anoles, iguanas and snakes).

Explorers and well-intentioned campers love to know about the pompous array of endangered species of flora that are commonly found around the island, fresh water reservoir and dense forest. Sand and beach lovers soak up in the pleasure of natural mineral baths in the south coast; they simply roll down to the expansive sandy beach for the pioneering white water rafting, fishing and other non-motorized water sports activities. The bustling fishing port, coffee plantation, popular beach parks blow bubbles in the hearts of nature lovers. South coast highway, overhanging cliffs, old signature style Spanish lighthouses and treasure chest of turquoise bay engage travellers in its layers.

Magnificent Georgian structure, amiable and colourful shops, Iron Bridge, impressive façades with attractive white columns near the black river represents Jamaican culture. Horseback riding, river tubing and large prolific mountain grasslands hiking are famous activities among travellers making it soulful escapism for them.
