Many nations of the world boast about their
medieval period fortresses or for that matter the Roman or Persian ruins.
Canada has an unmatched heritage. It gloats on its very own National Parks. The
National Parks of Canada have remained faithful to its founding purpose of
harmonizing the ecological balance. Today, there are about 44 such parks in
Canada, which when combined covers a larger geographical area than that of
Italy.

This great UNESCO World Heritage site comprises
of Moresby and 137 littler islands at its southern end. It holds a view of
forbidden Haida towns, hot springs, stunning natural landscapes and a part of
the continent's best kayaking.
Archaeological finds have archived more than 500
antiquated Haida locales, including towns and graveyards all through the
islands. The most acclaimed town is SGang Gwaay (Ninstints) on Anthony Island,
where columns of weathered towers gaze frightfully out to ocean. Other
significant sights include the old town of Skedans , on Louise Island, and
Hotspring Island . The locales are ensured by Haida Gwaii guards, who live on
the islands in summer.

Canada's Banff and Jasper, are a reply to Italy's
Venice and Florence. Marked by natural wonders that are as stupendous and
imperative as anything the Romans ever constructed. In any case don't think
these protected ranges have no history.
Among all national parks scattered around the globe today, Banff, made in
1885, is the third oldest, while nearby Jasper is only 22 years younger to it .
Arranged on the eastern side of the Canadian Rockies, the two bordering parks
were declared as Unesco World Heritage destinations in 1984, for their
exceptional beauty and important alluvial processes.

Nahanni implies wilderness. Arranged in the
southwestern NWT close to the Yukon fringe, this 30,000-sq-km park takes its
name from the epic South Nahanni River. This untamed stream tumbles more than
500km through the barbed Mackenzie Mountains. It's a fantasy destination for
kayaking and one of Canada's most astounding spots. The Nahanni is a National
Heritage river and the park is declared as a Unesco World Heritage site.

Due south of Swift Current, you'll discover the
charming villas of Val Marie, entryway to Grasslands National Park. The park is
a place of seclusion and magnificence, where treeless slopes meet the perpetual
sky. Traveling south on Hwy 4 will bring you straight here. The street is in
great condition until the intersection of Hwy 13 at Cadillac, it becomes too
rugged for your liking from this point. Don't come without a 4 wheel drive.
