One of the Europe's less celebrated nation, yet the previous Yugoslavian country has a great deal of precious gems in its treasury. Even if your schedule doesn't permit you to stay longer, it is definitely worth visiting at least for a couple of days. Most people pay their tribute to Mostar's notorious bridge or to roam around in the Ottoman era roads of Sarajevo. Fortunately in the event that you have adequate time, there are numerous euphoric regions to delight in.

Mostar's favorite sport is more stunning than Bungee jumping: travelers jump off from the parapet of the Old Bridge into chilled waters of the River Neretva. The origins of this custom can't be tracked. It was practiced regularly until the bridge was disintegrated in the 1990's war. After the dedicated rebuilding of the bridge and its stoned arches, the spot turned into a kind of holy space for adrenaline junkies.

Whether they stood eminently through the ages or have been carefully restored, Bosnia's architectural marvels are either Ottoman inspired or are cut out in later European styles. The old downtown areas of Mostar and Sarajevo are two of its prime structural masterpieces, while the town of Travnik is a rich buffet of two clock towers, various pastel-shaded mosques, a grand stronghold and a series of Ottoman graves.

Nestled on to the highest point of the slope over the Una valley, Ostrozac Fortress' stamped by pointed curves, rib vaults, and flying braces, together with windows and  tracery, looks like a frightening set of a horror movie. Jajce, the walled town of Bosnia has got a mysterious setting which no other settlement on the planet could stand. It is circumscribed by waterfalls that course before the old fortress. On a rough and steep rock face, which soars over the profound valley high above Kljuc is the drastically set last of numerous Royal Bosnian strongholds which was took by the footstools. There are numerous more superb post, mansions and fortresses which have got outlandish settings.
