Splash up your wedding in the waters of Trang in southern Thailand. On every Valentine’s Day, hundreds of couples, put up their scuba gears and go deep down to an altar in the Andaman Sea for full marriage rituals. Wedding dressings are of Neoprene, as expected, however the most astonishing thing is that the marriage certificates are signed in the depths. To mark the completion of the ceremony the couple releases hundreds of shrimps to gain Buddhist stature. It impossible to kiss the bride with regulator put in your mouth.

In Conrad Rangali Maldives resort, one doesn’t only dives to depths but also dives in the luxuries. An indulging eatery is present at the bottom of the ocean. Covered by a curved glass, the Ithaa restaurant swims below the veil of swirling tropical fish.  It’s an aquarium where fishes watch you savoring the delights. Stingrays, groupers and sharks are the common guests, queuing outside the walls of the restaurants.

Jules'Undersea Lodge is set in future, the only hotel of the world wherein you have to don Scuba mask to reach to the reception. The rooms directly open to the sea bed through a vaccum –balanced wet room. The small quarters might dishearten the faint hearted, but the sea lab is very much of an abyss.

I want to hear from you, so let’s get connected friends!
